Return Policy
We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Restful Fountains. However, in the unlikely event you need to return an item, we will be happy to assist you with the process. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If your order is damaged in transit, do not accept the product, especially for large fountains delivered by truck with liftgate. The damage must be noted on the driver delivery slip and also notify us at 1- 877-712-2846 within 48 hours to report the problem.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us immediately and we will make arrangements to send you the correct product or part at no cost to you. All returned products must be in original packaging with all parts and instructions.
Please note: CAST STONE FOUNTAINS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Fountains shipped via UPS in the continental US can be returned within 30 days. You MUST contact us at support@restfulfountains.com or at 1- 877-712-2846 to receive and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) as different items need to be returned to different distributions centers. No fountain will be accepted without an RMA. You are responsible for return shipping charges. You will receive a refund of the original price less our actual outbound shipping costs. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee for all fountains. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

HOW do I process a return?
1. Contact us at suppport@restfulfountains.com or call 1- 877-712-2846 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A return shipping address will then be provided and any other specific information regarding that particular return. An RMA is required to process your return.
2. Repackage the the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
3. Return the product through UPS or other insured shipping provider. Please insure the product for the purchase price as Restful Fountains is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is returned. Place a shipping label on the box which includes the RMA number.
